What you will do

• Lead and manage a team of 7-10 engineers building services for the Agentic Data Plane.
• Own end-to-end delivery of the team's roadmap, including scoping, prioritization, and execution.
• Maintain high standards for operational excellence, incident response, and SLOs.
• Provide career development, coaching, and performance feedback to engineers.
• Hire, onboard, and retain top-tier engineering talent.
• Act as the senior on-site presence in Warsaw to support new hires and local coordination.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in software engineering, specifically with enterprise-grade SaaS platforms.
• 3+ years of experience managing highly technical engineering teams with a track record of delivery.
• Expertise in cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure), Kubernetes, and distributed systems.
• Experience leading distributed teams across multiple timezones using async-first practices.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Golang or recent hands-on technical experience.
• Expertise in Linux systems for production-grade services.
• Experience with data streaming platforms, AI/ML infrastructure, or distributed storage at scale.
• Experience implementing AI code generation tools to improve developer velocity.
