What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-engineer AI engagements from scoping and architecture to deployment and monitoring.
• Manage and mentor a team of 20+ Applied AI Engineers and Managers across the EMEA region.
• Act as a hands-on contributor, designing and shipping high-quality ML pipelines and agentic AI solutions.
• Serve as a strategic technical advisor to CTOs and Chief Data Officers of Fortune 500 strategic accounts.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to translate real-world customer feedback into AI platform features.
• Define the AI FDE practice in EMEA, establishing scoping standards, estimation discipline, and evaluation methodologies.

Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience, including 2+ years building production AI/ML systems with defined SLOs.
• 5+ years of engineering management experience, with at least 2 years managing other managers.
• Hands-on experience shipping applications using LLMs, RAG, agentic workflows, and fine-tuning.
• Proven track record of running technical discussions and architecture reviews with C-level executive stakeholders.
• Formal Computer Science degree or a closely related technical background.
• Strong knowledge of Python, Java, and microservice architecture on Public Cloud platforms.
