What you will do

• Develop and execute a comprehensive infrastructure operations strategy aligned with company goals.
• Collaborate with product operations and design teams to define hardware requirements and infrastructure standards.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring timely resolution of incidents, problems, and service requests.
• Establish best practices, policies, and SLAs to improve operational efficiency and system availability.
• Manage hardware vendor relationships, contract renewals, and the infrastructure operations budget.
• Lead, develop, and inspire a team of infrastructure operations engineers.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior-level operations management role, such as Head of Infrastructure Operations.
• Deep understanding of data center infrastructure, including servers, networks, cloud computing, and power distribution.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL principles and best practices.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• Location: Based in Poland, Serbia, Cyprus, or Georgia.
