What you will do

• Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of data engineers.
• Oversee project staffing, utilization, and long-term growth of team members.
• Engage with stakeholders and account teams to align technical delivery with customer expectations.
• Develop and maintain team operating rhythms and competency strategies.
• Support presales activities, effort estimation, and business development initiatives.

Requirements

• English: B2+ proficiency required
• Proven experience in leading technical teams and mentoring engineers.
• Strong background in people management, customer management, and project delivery.
• Deep knowledge of Data Engineering and Data Management fields.
• Ability to combine technical expertise with business acumen.
• Experience working with AI tools and frameworks to accelerate delivery processes.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Python, PySpark, SQL, and cloud-native data tools like Databricks or Azure Data Factory.
• Experience with ETL/ELT, data modeling, and distributed computing.
• Familiarity with AI/ML Ops, GenAI, containerization, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong experience in the CPG industry.
