Salary: $128,470 - $192,710

What you will do

• Supervise and coach a team of experimental mechanics to maximize productivity and engagement
• Lead Manufacturing Engineers in supporting engine testing operations
• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and operational quality standards
• Coordinate daily workloads, priorities, and sequencing with production management
• Drive process improvements to reduce costs and eliminate non-value-added activities
• Implement corporate initiatives including 5S, Lean Manufacturing, and 6 Sigma

Requirements

• Degree required
• Proven experience in people management and leading successful teams
• Strong knowledge of project management strategies and tactics
• Ability to effectively transmit and interpret complex ideas and information
• Must be able to work onsite five days a week in Mossville, IL
