What you will do

• Execute small initiatives and contribute to larger TA projects under leadership guidance.
• Resolve Tier 1 system and process inquiries through detailed investigation and troubleshooting.
• Administer, test, and improve the ATS and recruiting tech stack.
• Coordinate TA onboarding, offboarding, and University Recruiting initiatives.
• Generate and reconcile reports from multiple data sources to provide insights for stakeholders.
• Perform regular audits to ensure data quality and system accuracy.

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Basic project management skills for executing talent acquisition initiatives.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to derive actionable insights.
• Understanding of the recruiting lifecycle and how systems improve efficiency.
• Must be based in a remote U.S. location.
