Vice President, Logistics & Fulfillment (Fitness)

Location: Hybrid role requiring on-site presence in Boca Raton, FL, Woodbury, MN, or Seattle, WA (Mon-Thu)

Salary: $210,000 - $235,000 + 20% Bonus

What you will do

• Lead all logistics, warehousing, transportation, and inventory flow operations across the brand portfolio.
• Oversee ecommerce and direct-to-consumer fulfillment to ensure timely and cost-effective execution.
• Manage domestic and international logistics, including freight, customs, and trade compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement in service performance, fulfillment accuracy, and operational scalability.
• Lead purchasing and procurement strategies for equipment, merchandise, and operational supplies.
• Manage relationships and contract negotiations with 3PL providers, carriers, and key suppliers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Business, or Engineering.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in logistics, fulfillment, or supply operations.
• Strong experience managing domestic and international logistics and 3PL networks.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders at an executive level.
• Experience in franchise, multi-unit, retail, or consumer products environments.
• Must be able to work on-site in Boca Raton, Woodbury, or Seattle (Mon-Thu).
