What you will do

• Define and execute an integrated supply chain strategy aligned with growth, profit, and operational performance goals.
• Provide strategic oversight of merchandising and category management, including product lifecycle and assortment strategy.
• Own end-to-end supply chain performance, specifically demand planning, purchasing, and inventory optimization.
• Champion a technology-forward, AI-enabled approach across supply chain and merchandising workflows.
• Lead the evaluation and implementation of forecasting and replenishment systems and supporting infrastructure.
• Oversee operating plans, budgets, and working capital performance while developing a high-performing leadership team.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in supply chain, merchandising, or procurement with significant senior leadership experience.
• Proven experience leading end-to-end supply chain operations in a retail, ecommerce, or distribution environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in merchandising, category management, and assortment strategy.
• Experience implementing planning and replenishment systems and improving forecasting accuracy at scale.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Must be based in the USA or Canada (specifically Boston, New York, Manchester, Ottawa, or Toronto).

• MBA or equivalent graduate-level education.
• Experience leveraging AI or advanced analytics within supply chain or merchandising functions.
