Salary: $220,000 - $240,000

What you will do

• Serve as primary interface to CMOs, packagers, and CSPs; lead relationship management, production schedules, and risk mitigation.
• Oversee U.S. commercial supply chain operations including 3PL, warehousing, temperature-controlled distribution, and import compliance.
• Own supply planning, S&OP processes, inventory strategy, and long-range plans aligned with demand forecasts.
• Manage quality events, change controls, serialization, DSCSA compliance, and ERP optimization.
• Develop KPIs, support budgeting, enhance operational resiliency, and act as deputy to Head of Supply Chain.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA/MS) preferred.
• 7–10+ years in commercial supply chain/tech ops in pharma, biotech, or regulated environments.
• Track record managing external manufacturers, packagers, and 3PLs for commercial supply.
• Deep knowledge of GDP, 21 CFR, 19 CFR, USP, DSCSA, cold-chain, import/export compliance.
• Experience with S&OP, supply planning, inventory management, investigations, CAPAs, and change controls.
• High independence, judgment, and leadership in lean organizations.

Nice to have

• Experience in small, rapidly growing biotech or startup environments.
• Experience with rare and ultra-rare disease therapeutics.
