What you will do
- Run a sophisticated social media program to grow presence and double following.
- Manage the end-to-end employee advocacy program and collaborate with external vendors.
- Maintain the social media calendar and develop strategies for brand and booking growth.
- Analyze social KPIs and market data to optimize performance and reach.
- Create social media plans for events and campaigns, utilizing features like LinkedIn Live.
- Collaborate with creative teams for visual and video assets and manage conversion ads.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of proven experience in social media management.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
- Understanding of the B2B SaaS space (B2B experience highly preferred).
- Proficiency with marketing metrics and Google Analytics.
- Ability to support in-person events and travel up to 15% domestically.
- Comfortable being on-camera and sourcing social content from various sources.
