What you will do

  • Design and implement the procurement policy, intake process, and approval workflows from first principles.
  • Manage the full vendor lifecycle, including sourcing, evaluation, contracting, onboarding, and offboarding.
  • Maintain the central vendor register, spend dashboard, and renewals calendar to eliminate duplicate tools.
  • Lead commercial negotiations across various vendor categories, from SaaS tooling to specialist services.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, and IT/InfoSec to sequence approvals and security assessments.
  • Integrate procurement into corporate budgeting and planning cycles to maximize value and cost avoidance.

Requirements

  • 5 to 8 years of procurement experience within a technology or fintech business of comparable scale.
  • Proven track record of building or materially expanding a procurement function from a blank page.
  • Strong commercial negotiation skills with experience leading material spend discussions.
  • Ability to design structured, scalable processes such as vendor registers and RFP frameworks.
  • High financial literacy and comfort working within corporate budgeting and planning cycles.
  • Must be based in London to support the hybrid working model.
