TL;DR

Revenue Assurance Manager (Fintech): Leading the governance and delivery of fee and interest changes for an investment platform with an accent on pricing accuracy, control frameworks, and regulatory compliance. Focus on managing the end-to-end pricing change lifecycle, overseeing UAT processes, and ensuring alignment with Consumer Duty requirements.

Location: Manchester - Hybrid (minimum 50% office attendance per month required)

What you will do

  • Lead the end-to-end pricing change lifecycle to ensure compliant delivery and charging accuracy.
  • Act as the central coordination point for fee and interest-related change requests across the business.
  • Manage team performance, including recruitment, 1-2-1s, and capability procedures.
  • Coordinate and assure UAT readiness and completion, ensuring evidence meets governance standards.
  • Recommend and implement process improvements to strengthen internal controls and increase efficiency.
  • Maintain clear documentation and ensure alignment with internal policies and regulatory expectations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in managing and leading teams and overseeing staff performance.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements for fee and pricing accuracy.
  • Expertise in Excel, JIRA, and Power BI for data manipulation, analysis, and reporting.
  • Familiarity with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) procedures and system upgrades.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Must be based in or be able to work from the Manchester office at least 50% of the time.
