What you will do

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Administer Jira to maintain sprint boards, user stories, tasks, and workflows.
• Lead requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to identify and document business and system requirements.
• Validate complex aviation datasets using SQL and Tableau to identify discrepancies and data quality concerns.
• Coordinate the release of validated data products to internal teams and public-facing users.
• Manage project documentation, status reports, and metrics to align deliverables with business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst and/or Scrum Master.
• Working knowledge of SQL for data analysis, validation, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira.
• Proficiency with visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Must be based in Vienna, VA, USA.
