Salary: $107,500 - $188,400 USD

What you will do

• Lead the strategy, definition, and design of new or upgraded platforms and business processes to improve productivity and quality.
• Serve as an advisor to senior management and act as the Voice of the Field for technology initiatives.
• Translate investment cases and strategic objectives into business requirements briefs and functional specifications.
• Create comprehensive use case documentation, process flows, and wireframes.
• Manage project priorities, monitor progress, and mitigate risks to ensure alignment with budgets and timelines.
• Oversee QA test approaches and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) materials and plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related discipline (or 7+ years of relevant professional experience).
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Business Analysis, Operations, Product Development, or Project Management.
• Proven experience in eliciting functional requirements and implementing process improvement initiatives.
• Experience with software development lifecycles including Agile/SAFe or Waterfall.
• Proficiency with tools such as ADO, JIRA, Confluence, Lucid, Miro, or Microsoft Visio.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid from the New York or Chicago offices.

Nice to have

• Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA).
• 10-12 years of professional experience in Business Analysis or Project Management.
• Six Sigma Green or Black Belt Certification.
