What you will do

• Assist senior consultants in documenting customer workflows, pain points, and project requirements.
• Support the configuration of the Tracking+ platform for cloud-based and on-premises implementations.
• Shadow consultants during solution design discussions, product demos, and customer walkthroughs.
• Prepare training materials, documentation, and resources for customer-facing delivery.
• Perform basic troubleshooting, data validation, and reporting activities to ensure project quality.
• Participate in solution validation by setting up demos, prototypes, and test scenarios.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA
• 1–3 years of experience in aviation operations, maintenance, engineering, or logistics.
• Exposure to technical systems or software tools used in aviation environments.
• Basic SQL skills or a strong willingness to learn.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with SaaS or cloud-based software systems.
• BA/BS degree in a technical or aviation-related discipline.
• Familiarity with aviation regulatory authorities such as FAA or EASA.
• Interest in project management or business analysis methodologies.
• Experience with data manipulation or reporting tools.
