Salary: $40,000–$50,000 per year

What you will do

  • Identify, investigate, and resolve customer questions and concerns.
  • Advise customers on utilizing the platform to run their teams more efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the global support team to solve and escalate technical issues.
  • Manage and prioritize workloads effectively under pressure.
  • Contribute feedback and ideas to help the support team continually improve.

Requirements

  • Must permanently reside in one of the following US states: AZ, DC, FL, GA, IL, MA, MI, NC, NJ, OH, SC, TX, or WI
  • Work schedule: Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM EST
  • Experience in a SaaS B2B customer support role is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong technical aptitude and curiosity to investigate complex issues.
  • Ability to multi-task across different tools and platforms.
