What you will do

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media and influencer campaign strategies tailored to client goals.
• Manage end-to-end influencer programming, including vetting talent, negotiating deliverables, and performance reporting.
• Craft on-brand copy and creative briefs using performance data and current social trends.
• Implement monthly content calendars to ensure consistent posting and thematic alignment.
• Monitor social media trends and algorithm changes to innovate campaign approaches.
• Leverage AI technologies and the proprietary Nova ecosystem to optimize business processes.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in social media, preferably within an agency environment.
• Must be based in Colombia.
• Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English is required.
• Proven track record of managing social strategies for multiple clients across various industries.
• Experience in maintaining unique brand voices and driving impactful results across key KPIs.
