• Develop and refine organic growth strategies based on algorithm updates and performance data.
• Coordinate weekly content calendars, campaign schedules, and product launches.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Community Manager, or Organic Growth Specialist.
• Demonstrated success in growing social channels organically.
• Strong copywriting skills and proficiency with social media analytics.
• Experience with tools like Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, or Later.
• Must be based in Colombia, Mexico, or Brazil.
