What you will do

• Manage and optimize Google Business Profiles across multiple client locations to increase visibility and engagement.
• Execute Local SEO strategies, including NAP consistency and citation management to improve Google Maps rankings.
• Oversee a portfolio of 15–20 client accounts, maintaining strong relationships through proactive communication.
• Conduct monthly performance reviews and present actionable insights in non-technical language to clients.
• Analyze marketing metrics including GBP performance, search rankings, and website traffic to prepare reports.
• Evaluate and implement digital marketing tools to improve internal workflow and reporting efficiency.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience, specifically in Local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization.
• Proven track record of independently managing multiple client accounts.
• Must be based in Colombia, Mexico, Argentina, Costa Rica, Peru, or Brazil.
• Ability to work during U.S. Business Hours.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends and optimization opportunities.

Nice to have

• Agency or white-label digital marketing experience.
• Experience in automotive, hospitality, or home services industries.
• Proficiency with BrightLocal, Whitespark, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, or Google Search Console.
• Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools and automation.
