• Set up machines according to job specifications, including selecting paper stock and adjusting alignment.

• Identify and resolve equipment issues to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.
• Manage material loading, unload inventory, and prepare finished products for distribution.
• Perform routine equipment maintenance and coordinate complex repairs with service providers.
