Location: Hybrid in London, UK (2-3 days per week in office; Tuesday and Thursday are anchor days)

What you will do
- Own the day-to-day management of organic social channels, including publishing, scheduling, and copywriting.
- Build and editorialise strategically grounded, culturally sharp, and platform-native content calendars.
- Create high-impact social content using native platform tools and creator-first storytelling.
- Monitor internet culture, creator behavior, and platform trends to identify and execute social opportunities.
- Collaborate with Creative, Community, Strategy, and Insights teams to shape social-first thinking.
- Deliver performance reporting and storytelling across owned, earned, and competitor activity to optimize results.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in social media, cultural strategy, social listening, or insights.
- Deep obsession with internet culture, creators, communities, and the mechanics of attention.
- Strong instincts for creating timely, native, and culturally relevant social content.
- Highly analytical ability to turn audience behavior and data into a clear strategic point of view.
- Excellent written communication skills for sharp copy and insightful reporting.
- Must be based in London, UK to comply with the hybrid office requirement.
