What you will do

• Lead the development of social-first creative ideas for campaigns and always-on content.
• Collaborate with Strategy and Creative Directors to shape high-impact responses to briefs.
• Mentor and guide Senior, Midweight, and Junior Creatives through the ideation process.
• Review creative output across accounts to maintain a consistently high quality standard.
• Present creative work and pitches confidently to clients.
• Develop repeatable content formats and social-first creative systems for brands.

Requirements

• Proven track record of creative leadership and developing culturally relevant social ideas.
• Deep knowledge of social platforms including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.
• Strong strategic thinking to align creative ideas with brand goals and audience behaviors.
• Experience mentoring creative teams to improve their craft and confidence.
• High level of confidence in presenting work internally and to clients.
• Must be based in London to support a hybrid work model (3 days office/2 days home).
