What you will do

• Coordinate and schedule high-volume Zoom screens and onsite interviews for various technical roles.
• Manage calendars for recruiters and hiring managers to confirm interview times.
• Arrange candidate travel and accommodations to ensure a seamless experience.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing professional and timely updates.
• Initiate the new hire onboarding process and coordinate paperwork and systems access.
• Maintain and update candidate data within the Lever Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Requirements

• 5+ years of recruiting coordination experience in dynamic, high-volume environments.
• Proficiency with Lever ATS, Outlook, and Zoom.
• Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively across different time zones and multiple disciplines.
• Basic understanding of different visa types and immigration processes.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).
