TL;DR

Finance Product Modelling Manager (Fintech): Delivering financial reporting, performance analysis, and forecasting for commercial banking products with an accent on income driver identification and process efficiency. Focus on building collaborative relationships with finance business partners and optimizing financial models to support group planning processes.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Bristol (Hybrid: 40% office attendance required)

Salary: £67,023–£74,470

What you will do

  • Deliver financial reporting, performance overviews, and planning for specific commercial banking products.
  • Support the delivery of Flash and Forecast submissions into Group Finance.
  • Build and maintain relationships with Finance Business Partner teams and centres of excellence.
  • Identify income drivers and gather relevant inputs for performance and planning cycles.
  • Improve process efficiency and eliminate redundant activities.

Requirements

  • Qualified accountant or qualified by experience.
  • Proven experience working in a time-pressured, dynamic environment with high attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop networks and collaborate across the organization.
  • Proficiency in Excel (including model building) and experience using PAX.
  • Understanding of commercial banking business and organizational structures.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of Power BI.
