Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Birmingham, Edinburgh, or Manchester for hybrid work (at least 40% in-office).

What you will do

  • Perform ongoing due diligence for Commercial Bank clients to identify and mitigate financial crime risks.
  • Provide technical subject matter expertise on AML, anti-bribery, and sanctions policies.
  • Act as a primary liaison for internal and external stakeholders regarding due diligence requirements.
  • Collaborate with AML partners to ensure group-wide policy adherence.
  • Manage client queries and issues through to resolution while maintaining high service standards.
  • Prioritize workloads to meet strict regulatory and internal deadlines.

Requirements

  • Strong technical knowledge of AML, anti-bribery, and sanctions regulations.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and apply logical problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills for managing internal and external client relationships.
  • Ability to handle inbound and outbound client calls effectively.
  • Commitment to working in a hybrid model with at least two days per week in the office.
