Senior SAP HCM Consultant (Polish Payroll)

Location: Poland; hybrid and remote work modes are available.

What you will do

• Lead the design and configuration of Polish payroll solutions using SAP HCM Payroll (PY-PL) or SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
• Configure wage types, gross-to-net calculations, PIT, ZUS declarations, payroll deductions, PPK, and PKZP/KZP processes.
• Conduct parallel payroll runs, validate payroll results, and coordinate payroll testing activities.
• Deliver end-user training and support knowledge transfer.
• Collaborate with HR, payroll, and IT stakeholders to align solutions with business requirements and Polish statutory regulations.
• Analyze existing payroll processes, identify improvements, and recommend SAP-based solutions.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in SAP HCM consulting or a similar role.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP HCM Payroll (PY-PL) or SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
• Proven experience with SAP HCM implementations, including multiple implementation cycles.
• Strong knowledge of Polish payroll regulations, including PIT, ZUS, and PPK requirements.
• Experience configuring payroll processes, wage types, deductions, and gross-to-net calculations.
• Understanding of HR policies, Polish labor law, and payroll compliance requirements.
• Experience with payroll testing, parallel runs, validation, and end-user training.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• English at B2+ level and Polish at B2+ level.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules and integrations with other SAP solutions.
• Experience with SAP Concur.
• SAP HCM or SAP SuccessFactors certification.
• Experience contributing to proposals, solution design, or pre-sales activities.
