Senior/Lead Consultant – SAP SF Employee Central (SAP SuccessFactors)

Location: Warsaw, Poland; other locations include Gdansk, Krakow, and Wroclaw. Hybrid work model with in-person collaboration.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central workstreams as the functional authority for Core HR design, configuration, and delivery.
• Design, configure, and validate Foundation Objects, Generic Objects, MDF objects, Employee Information, Employment and Compensation Information portlets, and EC data models.
• Configure business rules, Role-Based Permissions, position management, workflows, event reason derivation, global assignments, concurrent employment, and multiple assignments.
• Lead fit-to-standard workshops and requirements-gathering sessions, translating HR needs into configuration specifications and functional design documents.
• Design and oversee integrations with SAP Employee Central Payroll, third-party payroll engines, benefits providers, and talent modules, as well as legacy HCM data migration.
• Coordinate testing, User Acceptance Testing, cutover, parallel runs, go-live readiness, hypercare, and mentoring for junior consultants and functional analysts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 6–10 years of progressive SAP HCM or SAP SuccessFactors experience with deep Employee Central specialization.
• At least three full-lifecycle Employee Central implementations as a Lead Functional Consultant.
• Hands-on experience with EC data models, the business rules engine, Role-Based Permissions, position management, and global employment scenarios.
• Experience with at least one multi-country global EC rollout.
• SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification.

Nice to have

• Master's degree.
• Experience with SAP ECC HCM-to-SuccessFactors migration projects.
• Additional SAP SuccessFactors certifications, such as Onboarding, Recruiting, or Compensation.
• SAP Activate Methodology certification.
