TL;DR

Partnership Development Manager (SaaS): Expanding and accelerating the partner network in the UK & I region for an all-in-one business management platform with an accent on building strategic relationships and managing reseller networks. Location: Must be based in Barcelona or willing to relocate

What you will do

  • Identify and build strong relationships with strategic partners in the HR space.
  • Execute the full sales cycle to onboard new partners into the program.
  • Manage and develop a reseller network to drive market presence in the UK & I region.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, providing product updates and solving specific client problems.
  • Gather partner feedback to identify opportunities for channel development and product improvements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Product, Marketing, and Customer Experience to drive growth.

Requirements

  • 3–4 years of experience in Partnerships, B2B Sales, or SaaS environments.
  • Must be based in Barcelona or willing to relocate.
  • Expert English proficiency.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly.
  • Proactive mindset with a focus on bringing forward new ideas.
  • Hunter mentality with experience in full-cycle sales.

Nice to have

  • Experience with channel sales or distribution partners.
  • Knowledge of the HR, payroll, or software industry.
  • Experience working with SMBs.
