What you will do

• Strategically select, develop, and manage suppliers for hardware, electronics, and system components.
• Oversee program and project procurement, including coordination of outsourced manufacturing.
• Ensure procurement targets for cost, schedule, and quality are met.
• Conduct supplier audits, risk analyses, and development activities per EN9100.
• Analyze markets to identify new supply sources and evaluate alternative procurement options.
• Manage escalations and quality measures in collaboration with internal departments.

Requirements

• Degree or vocational training in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience in strategic procurement, supplier development, or materials sourcing.
• Experience managing technical projects and supplier relationships.
• Strong communication skills in both German and English.
• Willingness to travel for occasional business trips.
