What you will do
- Execute and reconcile material movements within SAP.
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure high data accuracy and minimal variance.
- Coordinate closely with cross-functional internal teams and external partners.
- Improve material tracking, transparency, and reporting processes.
- Enhance forecasting accuracy and drive process standardization.
- Support audit readiness and maintain strict compliance in a regulated environment.
Requirements
- Apprenticeship in Logistics, Business, Supply Chain, or Material Management.
- 2-5 years of experience in Logistics, Materials Management, or Manufacturing.
- Fluency in German (written and spoken) is required.
- Effective communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in SAP or comparable ERP systems for inventory management.
- Strong data analysis and forecasting skills using Excel.

- Experience with the handling or transport of regulated goods.
- Understanding of audit and compliance requirements.
