What you will do

• Act as the sourcing lead for strategic crane and self-hoisting projects, collaborating closely with Business Stakeholders.
• Coordinate with various regions to align regional budgets with global targets and assumptions.
• Partner with Data Analysis & Monitoring teams to define and implement KPIs and analytical dashboards for the crane commodity.
• Analyze international crane markets, including rental market dynamics, capacity constraints, and pricing drivers.
• Manage high-demand issues effectively and ensure timely resolution of sourcing challenges.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field (Master’s Degree strongly preferred).
• Fluent English and Spanish are required; German is considered a plus.
• Proven hands-on experience in sourcing cranes (mobile or self-hoisting) within a service or project environment.
• Strong ability to resolve conflicts and negotiate contracts across different environments and cultures.
• Demonstrated efficiency in achieving time and cost savings.
• High level of proactivity, commitment, and interpersonal skills.
