Procurement Specialist (MedTech)

Location: Hybrid (1-2 days at home), site-based in Copenhagen, Denmark; supporting operations in Denmark and Germany.

What you will do

• Support demand forecasting, planning, and inventory management.
• Perform stock analysis and monitor inventory levels to ensure timely replenishment.
• Manage supplier administration, documentation, and Approved Supplier Lists (ASL).
• Coordinate operational purchasing activities and customer-specific orders.
• Maintain high-quality master data across procurement and inventory systems.
• Support ESG activities, supplier risk assessments, and corrective actions.

Requirements

• Experience in procurement, operational purchasing, demand planning, or supply chain operations.
• Strong analytical mindset for working with data, forecasts, and inventory reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Experience working with ERP systems.
• Fluent written and spoken English; Danish and/or German is an advantage.
• Ability to work from offices in Denmark or Germany.
