TL;DR

Location: Hybrid in London, UK with remote work allowed on Mondays and Fridays

What you will do

  • Define and continuously optimize multi-channel pricing and commercial strategies to grow the business while maintaining strong returns
  • Analyze data using Python and SQL to discover insights and identify optimization opportunities
  • Monitor competitor trends and acquisition channel performance to respond quickly to market changes
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, data, and external partners to improve funnel performance
  • Assess success of implemented strategies and identify areas for improvement

Requirements

  • Location: Based in or near London, UK with hybrid work model
  • Daily coding experience with Python and SQL
  • Proven experience in credit risk or commercial strategy, ideally in consumer lending
  • Strategic mindset with ability to translate complex data into actionable decisions
  • Collaborative and open approach with willingness to challenge assumptions
  • English language proficiency at least B2 level
