What you will do

• Own end-to-end HR operations for Poland, including the full employee lifecycle.
• Lead the monthly payroll cycle, ensuring accuracy and coordinating with external providers.
• Maintain audit-ready payroll records and ensure compliance with Polish labor law.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee queries regarding HR admin and payroll.
• Administer occupational health processes, benefits, and leave management.
• Contribute to HR operations projects, including process improvements and system integrations.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in HR administration and payroll, ideally in an international environment.
• Solid understanding of Polish labor law, payroll, compensation, and benefits.
• English proficiency at a minimum B2 level.
• Strong Google Sheets skills, including formulas and data analysis.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of data confidentiality and compliance.

Nice to have

• Experience with BambooHR, Jira, Google Suite, Slack, and Confluence.
