What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of Project Managers.
• Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns from inception to delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain product identity, positioning, and messaging.
• Oversee the creative development of promotional materials to ensure alignment with product vision.
• Partner with the Dev Team to translate in-game events and updates into actionable marketing roadmaps.
• Manage external production and collaborate with creative and production agencies.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in managing marketing projects.
• Proven experience in team management and coordinating cross-discipline teams.
• Deep understanding of the gaming industry, current trends, and target audience preferences.
• Experience implementing brand campaigns and working with project briefs.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
• Very good command of English
