What you will do

• Oversee the strategic pricing framework to balance profitability, market competition, and customer demand.
• Influence product roadmaps by providing product managers with data-driven competitive intelligence and analytics.
• Lead pricing transformation programs, including revamping global discounting guidance and optimizing price books.
• Collaborate with senior executives and major customers to negotiate and align on strategic pricing objectives.
• Manage the function's planning, staffing, budgeting, and expense priorities.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Bachelor's degree with 12 years of experience or an advanced degree with 10 years of experience in project/program management.
• Proven industry and management experience, including leading people.
• Deep knowledge of the cybersecurity market, pricing strategies, and the competitive environment.
• Ability to manage product strategy from conception through end-of-life.
