TL;DR

Salary: $256,000 — $352,000 USD

What you will do

  • Lead the G2K deployment acceleration program for the largest enterprise customers.
  • Develop deployment playbooks and migration accelerators to displace legacy vendors like SailPoint and CyberArk.
  • Integrate AI capabilities throughout the customer acceleration lifecycle, from onboarding to expansion.
  • Build co-innovation programs and joint GTM playbooks with strategic ISVs and GSIs.
  • Establish OKRs and the operating rhythm for the Strategic Customer Acceleration function.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS across strategy, product, or GTM roles.
  • Proven track record driving large-scale platform deployments for F500/G2K customers.
  • Deep expertise in identity and access management (Workforce Identity, CIAM, IGA, PAM).
  • Mastery of product-led growth (PLG) motions and self-serve expansion strategies.
  • Experience with LLMs, AI agents, and agentic workflows in enterprise SaaS.
  • Must be located in Chicago, Illinois for a hybrid work arrangement.

Nice to have

  • Direct experience at an identity vendor (e.g., SailPoint, CyberArk, Ping, ForgeRock).
  • Background in migration factory models or competitive displacement programs.
  • Familiarity with NHI (non-human identity) and responsible AI governance frameworks.
