Salary: $256,000 — $352,000 USD

What you will do
- Lead the G2K deployment acceleration program for the largest enterprise customers.
- Develop deployment playbooks and migration accelerators to displace legacy vendors like SailPoint and CyberArk.
- Integrate AI capabilities throughout the customer acceleration lifecycle, from onboarding to expansion.
- Build co-innovation programs and joint GTM playbooks with strategic ISVs and GSIs.
- Establish OKRs and the operating rhythm for the Strategic Customer Acceleration function.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS across strategy, product, or GTM roles.
- Proven track record driving large-scale platform deployments for F500/G2K customers.
- Deep expertise in identity and access management (Workforce Identity, CIAM, IGA, PAM).
- Mastery of product-led growth (PLG) motions and self-serve expansion strategies.
- Experience with LLMs, AI agents, and agentic workflows in enterprise SaaS.
- Must be located in Chicago, Illinois for a hybrid work arrangement.
Nice to have
- Direct experience at an identity vendor (e.g., SailPoint, CyberArk, Ping, ForgeRock).
- Background in migration factory models or competitive displacement programs.
- Familiarity with NHI (non-human identity) and responsible AI governance frameworks.
