* Compensation: The base compensation for this role is approximately €7,500–€9,500 per month depending on experience, plus variable compensation. We’re happy to discuss the overall package based on your background and potential impact.
* Location: Helsinki, Finland. Relocation support within the EU is available on a case-by-case basis.

OUR RECRUITMENT PROCESS
We want to get to know you and how you think! Our process includes:
1. Intro meeting with Talent Acquisition (30 min, remote).
2. Interview with CRO (60 min, remote).
3. Meeting with VP of Product (60 min, remote).
4. Follow-up Meeting with CRO (60 min, remote)
5. Meeting with Executives (CEO, CFO & CRO).
6. Reference checks and final offer.
