What you will do

• Lead enterprise customers through successful platform implementations from initial scoping to final go-live.
• Travel to customer sites to conduct on-site hirify.global implementation engagements.
• Coordinate internal resources to ensure multiple projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Define project objectives and technical feasibility in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Manage project documentation, risk mitigation, and track performance using appropriate PM tools.
• Maintain and manage strategic relationships with enterprise clients and key stakeholders.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in software implementation, customer onboarding, or application engineering.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale on-site SaaS implementation projects.
• Strong working knowledge of project management methodologies and Microsoft Office.
• BSc, BEng, BA degree or equivalent.
• Must be located in Toronto, Montreal (Canada), or Raleigh (North Carolina).
• Ability and willingness to travel for on-site customer engagements.

Nice to have

• Experience within the manufacturing and industrial sectors.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Experience with specialized project management software tools.
