What you will do

• Own end-to-end accounting and financial reporting for Singapore, Australia, and Japan entities.
• Manage the full Accounts Payable cycle, including vendor onboarding and payment runs.
• Lead month-end and quarter-end close processes, including balance sheet reconciliations and variance analysis.
• Oversee monthly payroll, statutory contributions, and tax filings across APAC regions.
• Manage external audits and ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements.
• Identify and implement opportunities to streamline accounting processes using AI tools.

Requirements

• Must be based in Singapore
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of accounting experience with hands-on ownership of month-end close and statutory accounts.
• Proven experience in a high-growth tech or fintech environment.
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Working knowledge of GST and corporate tax reporting in Singapore, Australia, and Japan.
