What you will do

• Execute capital calls, distributions, and manage quarterly/annual financial reporting for private funds.
• Provide audit and tax support to ensure compliance and accuracy for clients.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve the Investor Services software suite.
• Consult with clients to implement fund administration software and optimize their financial processes.
• Maintain transparency for founders, VCs, and LPs by utilizing real-time portfolio data and metrics like IRR, TVPI, and RVPI.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of closed-end fund accounting experience.
• Accounting or finance degree.
• Strong command of Mandarin, Cantonese, and English.
• Experience interpreting Limited Partnership Agreements and Private Placement Memorandums.
• Understanding of Venture Capital, Private Equity, and Fund Administration landscapes.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills and a proactive mindset toward adopting AI tools.

Nice to have

• CPA or CA qualifications.
