What you will do

• Prepare reporting deliverables for a portfolio of debt funds, portfolio companies, and related structures.
• Review loan transactions, general ledger entries, and financial statements.
• Support capital event processing, including preparing allocation files and notices for capital calls and distributions.
• Maintain accurate records within the eFront FIA accounting system.
• Collaborate with the loan servicing group to ensure proper recording of loan activity.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives by proposing automation and standardization opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in accounting or finance.
• Experience with accounting and reporting deliverables for close-end funds (private credit, private equity).
• Proven track record of preparing fund financial statements and calculating carried interest and performance.
• Fluency in English and strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid setup in Radnor.

Nice to have

• Understanding of fund structures and accounting for loan components (PIK, cash interest).
• Proficiency in eFront or similar fund accounting platforms.
• Progression towards professional qualifications such as CPA or MBA.
