What you will do
- Drive customer acquisition and cross-selling through phone, email, and digital outreach.
- Conduct inbound and outbound prospecting to build and qualify a new business pipeline.
- Communicate ’s value propositions across multiple use cases to address customer needs.
- Collaborate with channel partners, marketing, and technical teams to deliver proposals.
- Manage pipeline, forecasting, and activity tracking within CRM systems.
- Support marketing initiatives including webinars, events, and lead-generation campaigns.
Requirements
- 18–24 months of experience in inside sales with full pipeline ownership (prospect to close).
- Fluent English and Spanish are required for working in an international environment.
- Proficiency with prospecting tools like ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Navigator, and CRM platforms.
- Understanding of cloud, storage, or general IT solutions.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade.
Nice to have
- B2B sales experience.
- Exposure to the IT or cloud industry.
- Familiarity with partner ecosystems such as resellers, distributors, and system integrators.
