Location: Hybrid in Cork, Ireland

What you will do

  • Drive customer acquisition and cross-selling through phone, email, and digital outreach.
  • Conduct inbound and outbound prospecting to build and qualify a new business pipeline.
  • Communicate hirify.global’s value propositions across multiple use cases to address customer needs.
  • Collaborate with channel partners, marketing, and technical teams to deliver proposals.
  • Manage pipeline, forecasting, and activity tracking within CRM systems.
  • Support marketing initiatives including webinars, events, and lead-generation campaigns.

Requirements

  • 18–24 months of experience in inside sales with full pipeline ownership (prospect to close).
  • Fluent English and Spanish are required for working in an international environment.
  • Proficiency with prospecting tools like ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Navigator, and CRM platforms.
  • Understanding of cloud, storage, or general IT solutions.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade.

Nice to have

  • B2B sales experience.
  • Exposure to the IT or cloud industry.
  • Familiarity with partner ecosystems such as resellers, distributors, and system integrators.
