Focus on translating complex requirements into actionable work items for engineering teams and ensuring successful product launches within a hybrid work environment.

Location: Must be based in Sandy, UT (Hybrid: 2 days in office, 3 days remote).

What you will do

• Collaborate with Product Management to translate customer-centric concepts into actionable work items for architects and engineers.
• Drive and lead cross-organizational efforts to ensure features are delivered on schedule and within budget.
• Serve as a Scrum Master for multiple teams, facilitating planning, estimation, and documentation.
• Articulate product roadmaps and status updates to internal stakeholders, including executive leadership.
• Identify resource conflicts and facilitate course corrections to meet key project milestones.
• Maintain deep product expertise and participate in continuous process improvement to increase predictability.

Requirements

• 12+ years of project leadership experience in a cross-functional environment.
• 12+ years of hands-on experience in a key software development lifecycle role.
• 10+ years of demonstrated success defining and launching products and writing software specifications.
• Strong technical background in communications, customer experience, AI, or contact center fields.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and serving as a Scrum Master.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid model (2 days in office) in Sandy, UT.
