What you will do
- Identify and scale growth opportunities for Starlink in key Latin American markets.
- Develop advanced financial and subscriber acquisition models to forecast business impact.
- Analyze consumer insights to refine demand generation and growth strategies.
- Lead the execution of strategic programs, including campaigns and new sales channels.
- Research industry ecosystems to inform product positioning and business strategy.
- Collaborate with Finance, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Support to drive product improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in management consulting, growth strategy, or business operations.
- Proficiency in Excel for financial modeling.
- Fluent in English and bilingual proficiency in Spanish.
- Must meet ITAR requirements (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or eligible asylee/refugee).
- Must be available to work extended hours and weekends as needed.
Nice to have
- 3+ years of experience in growth strategy or management consulting.
- Experience in early or growth-stage startups.
- Background in SQL or Python for data analysis.
- Industry experience in telecom, technology, or consumer products.
