TL;DR

Director, Global Total Rewards (HR): Designing and managing comprehensive compensation, benefits, and rewards strategies for a global organization with an accent on scalability, market competitiveness, and equitable program design. Focus on building programs that attract and retain top talent across diverse international markets while ensuring compliance and alignment with business objectives.

Location: Remote (US). Must be based in the US, excluding the following states: AK, DC, ME, NH, NM, OK, HI, MS, MT, NV, NE, ND, SD, VT, WY, WV.

Salary: $115,248–$165,000 USD annually.

What you will do

  • Oversee the design and implementation of global compensation and benefits strategies.
  • Develop scalable and market-competitive rewards programs to attract and retain talent.
  • Ensure all compensation structures are equitable and aligned with business needs.
  • Manage global benefits administration and vendor relationships.
  • Collaborate with HR leadership to align total rewards with organizational culture and goals.
  • Monitor market trends and regulatory changes to maintain program compliance and competitiveness.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the US (excluding specific states listed in the location section).
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Deep expertise in global compensation and benefits design.
  • Proven ability to develop scalable and equitable rewards programs.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic global environment.
  • Ability to travel internationally on a 5-10% basis.
