Salary: $59,900 - $66,200 USD

What you will do

• Lead the month-end close process and serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of chapters.
• Review and approve donation batches integrated from Salesforce to NetSuite.
• Prepare bank and balance sheet reconciliations and review trial balances for accuracy.
• Record journal entries and analyze monthly financial reporting packages.
• Assist with annual audit processes, including preparing workbooks and gathering documentation.
• Provide support and direction to Accountants and Support Team staff.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship).
• Must be based in the continental U.S.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in full-cycle accounting and financial reporting.
• Expertise in Microsoft Excel and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial statement preparation.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce and NetSuite.
• Working knowledge of nonprofit organizations.
