Salary: $100,000–$130,000

What you will do

• Own and manage onboarding timelines for assigned fintech clients.
• Lead documentation gathering and compliance reviews including KYC and AML.
• Guide clients through technical setup, including API integration and sandbox testing.
• Coordinate across internal Compliance, Product, Engineering, and Legal teams.
• Track onboarding status and escalate issues to ensure smooth implementation.
• Contribute to the development of documentation and repeatable onboarding frameworks.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in client implementation, onboarding, or fintech delivery.
• Strong knowledge of financial data structures and integration tools such as APIs and SFTP.
• Proven experience managing multiple client projects concurrently.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and project coordination skills.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity in Fort Lee, New Jersey.
