What you will do

• Lead the development of US Respiratory Value and Access strategy for launch preparedness.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to develop compelling economic narratives and value propositions.
• Lead strategic pricing assessments and contracting strategies for respiratory products.
• Develop evidence-based dossiers demonstrating clinical and economic impact to payers.
• Monitor policy, reimbursement, and pricing landscapes to assess business impact.
• Influence senior business leaders and cross-functional partners regarding access dynamics.

Requirements

• Master's Degree with 10+ years or Bachelor's Degree with 12+ years of experience in market access, HEOR, or pricing.
• Direct experience in Respiratory value and access.
• Deep understanding of US payer access dynamics and the policy landscape.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and developing value tools.
• Strong negotiation and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Ability to travel up to 50% for team meetings and events.
