What you will do

• Evaluate project cost variances and perform root cause analysis to process change orders.
• Define and quantify scope changes based on feedback from project teams, customers, and legal departments.
• Establish and maintain a standardized change management process and centralized tracking tool.
• Collaborate with legal and solution development teams to identify change order opportunities based on contract language.
• Validate schedule and resource impacts with project scheduling teams.
• Lead monthly change order reviews with business unit leadership to report on results and critical opportunities.

Requirements

• Demonstrated understanding and application of change management processes.
• Ability to identify scope, schedule, and cost impacts within complex projects.
• Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
• Experience in project execution, preferably within the Material Handling Industry (MHE).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
